Mohamed a remporté un prix de la société canadienne de biomatériaux (Canadian Biomaterials Society Merit and Travel award) ainsi qu'une bourse du Réseau ThéCell. Ray a également reçu un prix de la société canadienne de biomatériaux ainsi qu'une bourse du réseau de médecine régénératrice de McGill (MRM Lucie Besner Travel award). Congratulations to Mohamed Elkhodiry and Raymond Tran, the recipients of merit and travel awards to attend the 11th World Biomaterials Congress in Glasgow, Scotland this May 2020. Mohamed is the recipient of the Canadian Biomaterials Society Merit and Travel award and ThéCell Network travel award. Ray also received the Canadian Biomaterials Society Merit and Travel award, as well as the MRM Lucie Besner Travel award.
